This is one actress that you don’t hear much of but maybe after this hot n’ sexy dress she’s wearing you’ll start to hear more. Actress Phoebe Price walked the red carpet in a see through dress without a bra underneath. You could see all of her best assets as long as you don’t look above the neck. It’s just too bad that she’s as flat as a 12-year-old. Someone like Sophie Reade would look better in a dress like this but hey we’ll take what we can get.
