Apparently the recession has even hit the rich and famous of Britney Spears is out shopping at Target for some bargain prices. She looked good in her tiny Daisy Dukes as they showed her sexy legs. We’re still thinking the boots should go though, it’s not even winter yet. But as she shopped in her teeny shorts, the paparazzi followed and snapped along the way to see what Brit was out to buy.
