Actress Phoebe Price walked the red carpet in a see through dress without a bra underneath. You could see all of her best assets as long as you don’t look above the neck. It’s just too bad that she’s as flat as a 12-year-old. Someone like Sophie Reade would look better in a dress like this but hey we’ll take what we can get.
